Is anyone else always sick? (i have 2 little boys)?

Hi there im a 28 yr old mom with 2 young kids... 3 and 15 mos.. and im always sick dec i had strep han i had a cold feb I had the flu (that was horrible) i was good for about 4 mos and now I have a cold/ear infection.... Is anyone else frequently sick? Im starting to take Vitamins ive had blood wrk done and all seems to be fine. can it be from high stress and little ones? thank u
