How long does a mono/strep/sinus infection rash last?

I currently have mono, strep, and a sinus infection. It's been about a week and a half and I'm starting to feel better after countless antibiotics and allergy medicines. But 2 days ago I got this horrible rash all over my body. From what I have, how long do you think the rash will last?
