Sore throat, feeling light headed?

Well on Wednesday I had a soccer game and it was pouring rain but then it stopped a while after the game began. It was kind of cold outside too. Someone on my soccer team was getting over the flu and they showed up to the game. The game ended everyone went home. The next day when I woke up I felt horrible. I was really light headed and my throat hurt really bad. I was going to a friends house to sleep over and like three hours after I got there my parents picked me up. I still have a really sore throat. Do I have strep throat or is it just from playing soccer in the rain?
