Did I infact miscarry?

Well, I found out Friday I was infact 3 weeks pregnant.. And then I started bleeding heavy Friday, but Friday night had brown discharge. Monday morning I had pink discharge, and bled little Saturday. Bled heavily Sunday, on and off. And spotted this evening. With tiny clots most days. I called a doctor and might've had a blighted ovum. What do you think happened? I'm terrified
