Gum Swelling and treatment?

Iam 26 yr old. I has sore throat since one week. Last Sunday I had 101 degree fever and sore throat. My dr put me on antibiotics. I also had ulcer on my left inner most molar area and the cheek n tongue area next to that molar. After I started antibiotics my gum started to get sore and swollen. No much bleeding but is painful. I havent had a proper one time food since then. I have cavities but I have been taking care of it since long and so have had no prob with that. My left side of my neck and ear is paining and has swollen cheek. Is there ny remedy tat can relieve me of this pain. I have been diagnosed with Strep Throat
