Can I take Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride while taking Amoxicillin?

I'm taking antibiotics (Amoxicillin) for strep throat but also am very congested so I would like to take a decongestant (Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride). Is this safe to do? thanks!
