Can I use monistat 7 while using antibiotics?

Yes you can! My suggestion would be to ask your doctor immediately after you are prescribed antibiotics if you can also be put on fluconazole. It is a tablet that you take once the day you start antibiotics and it prevents a yeast infection. You can take another tablet after three days but I have never had too. They work miracles. I get a yeast infection every time I take antibiotics and have found that this is the only thing that prevents it. Monistat 7 works excellent for relief of itching though and is completely safe with antibiotics.
