Why? Cities full of gulls c/c?

One initial question: Full of gulls or seagulls? I prefer seagulls... Seagulls are very sympathetic birds. They eat garbage because they do not find fish, fish died from pollution. As I see it, in your strong poem, a corrupt world needs some hungry seagulls to clean it from an immense pile of failures and rotten deals that produce a huge amount of useless scraps.Good, useful work Fred...
