My body temperature is weird! Please Help!?

So a normal body temperature is 98.6 or something. My normal body temperature is 95.4 when I get headaches & dizzy & feel sick my temperature is 98. Something.The highest fever I have ever gotten is 103 but when I was little I got fevers that were 105 & I would be hallucinating. Now Sometimes my temperature gets to like 93. Something & I always have cold hands & feet everyday no matter what. Do you think I should get it checked out or do you think they'd recognize stuff like that. The last time I was sick & went to the hospital cause I thought I had strep throat, it was 93 & the nurse or doctor never said anything about it.
