Is this a symptom of strep?

For the past 3 days I've had a really bad sore throat, and on the first 2 days had a temperature around 99.9 degrees and on the first day I felt really achy all over my body. But, it's day 3 and I noticed the temperature has gone away and I don't have much fatigue like the first day but my throat still hurts, and I had strep about 2 months ago but now I think I have it again , and I'm going to go to the doctor to see if I do. But, today I've had a really tight feeling in my chest. Kind of like I have gas in my chest. And sometimes I have to take really deep breathes to calm it down a bit. Is this another symptom of strep throat?
