How do i get over a break up?

my boyfriend broke up with me and its only been 2 days and i saw him with another girl at the movies! he said the feelings werent there for me anymore but he said he loved me? so he must of lied about loving me :/ everyone says hes going to regret this but i honestly dont think so i think hes happy and that just bothers me. i want him to come back to me :( help me get him back or over him!!
