Am I miscarrying, or could it just be twins?

Your situation sounds just like my sister in law right now. She was bleeding and they told her she was miscarrying. Then the baby was still there so they say now she may not be miscarrying and she was wondering if maybe she might be pregnant with twins instead. It sounds to me like you could be since your level went up so much! That's awesome and really good news! Sounds like your baby or babies are going to be just fine :) Congrats!!
